When I have attended these things, competing local nonprofits try to fill the meetings with their supporters.

    ...good times.
  • What kind of projects are being asked for? Anything re browser park?

Her district does not include Brower Park.  Here is the D35 map:

Some people wanted benches, improvements to PS 9, and safer intersections along Atlantic.

...other people wanted things that cost billions, not a million.

I voted for better lighting at the intersection of Nostrand and Lincoln, and maybe some tree guards.

re:"Some people wanted benches...and safer intersections along Atlantic. "

I would have liked to have attended but I have class. (Shall I assume this was a peaceful session?)

I support these. I've already spoken about wanting benches on Empire to be fixed, and I've already ranted on here about how much the intersection of Atlantic and Flatbush sucks.

I'd like to see benches on Flatbush between Empire and Grand Army Plaza.
