last night I kept coughing repeatedly and it kept me awake (this likely because I had been screaming encouragement to my local high school soccer team here in St Paul, MN earlier in the day) ~then I remembered to do my Shankh mudra:Minutes later, I stopped coughing and my throat felt much better. This along with some pranayama breathing put me back to sleep.Do your yoga, mantras, and mudras for better health - excelsior!
