Until people start standing up to these thugs by helping the cops and identifying the shooters I'm afraid this will continue as the criminals feel they have less of a chance of getting caught. Hopefully the victim can and will identify his assailant.

He has died..
"Ernest Sene was shot once in the chest outside the Albany Houses on St. Marks Ave. in Crown Heights around 8:21 a.m., according to police. He was taken to Kings County Hospital, but could not be saved." -
At a time when people are going to work and kids are going to school there's no report of witnesses. Very disturbing.

Mr Sene lived in the complex.
...the person who shot him may live nearby as well.

"Police are searching for a woman they want to question about the fatal shooting of a 27-year-old man outside the Albany Houses in Crown Heights last week, the NYPD said.
The department released an image Monday of a woman wearing a black coat, gray pants and a black hat going through a doorway at the Albany Avenue complex."
