The storefront of this small mixed-use building constructed back in 2012 is being built-out for a veterinary office, per the contractors. That jibes with two other sources...this has been in the works for over a year and went through some legal wrangling.

Great to have another vet so close, though in this very small space it could be tough to compete with the excellent facilities and service at the Flatbush and Franklin locations of Prospect Heights Animal Hospital.
