Last straw for me, tenant text to let me know I got another garbage ticket.

This morning, My parents caught the next door neighbor dumping garbage. They claim oh its the other people. He claims garage isn't his. I ask my parents to keep the receipts of the name etc... Its the guy who claims is isn't his. But he promises to clean up after they leave. Asshole didn't clean up. I got a ticket instead. I warn the owners. I'm sick of paying for the tickets and assholes in city government keeps giving me the tickets instead.

If this happens one more time. I told him, I'm no longer playing nice with any of them. I have time.

    311 sucks balls. I used to save recordings of my neighbors dumping. Every time I call to tell them, please tell sanitation investigators call me directly. I save their names from the garbage we pull and recordings on my cameras.

    sanitation investigators on their notes in 311 would say. went by premises no sign of neighbor dumping. What they have a time machine to see what happen??? its always after the fact. Off course they don't,  they already dump into my side already and this is after the fact. Really lazy investigations. I get ticketed other guys never.

    They never call to get all those info. I stop call 311 they are uterlly useless when it comes to neighbors dumping. The sanitation guys don't care. They go after the victims of this. Instead of the guys who does it. Makes hell of no sense at all. 

    That is why I have records and their garage with their names on it.

    City works suck ass when it comes to logic.

    I'd reach out to the Department of Sanitation directly. Also reach out to your assembly person for giggles.

    Politicians seem to like it when you reach out to them, regardless of whether they can help.

    They like that people believe they could help.

    I just paid for the ticket. I just like to rant about it :p. Get off steam before I go ape on their asses or postal etc...

    In the past for principal I would actually fight the ticket. I would bring proof that its not me. But I always lost!(if i went to Brooklyn or queens) They the incompetent judge would ask me. Is the garage on your side. I said yes, but its not mine. I have video proof. they would still say guilty etc....waste of time and extra charges for wasting the cities time etc...

    God Who ever appointed these fake ass judges should be fired. Oh if anyone wants to fight these type of tickets. Don't bother going to the Queens or Brooklyn one. Manhattan one is best. They actually listen to the evidence more. I never lost a case if I went to Manhattan one. But going to these courts is a huge waste of time to fight a ticket. I did in in principal in the past. But they know this huge waste of time waiting for them etc...


    The city assholes is really wearing me down. Its the freaking principal its not my freaking garbage!!

    Worse guilty ones I ever gotten was two tickets saying I didn't clean the street in front of my house not the side walk but the street~~~~ I told the judge Am I suppose to clean the street where cars are parked or driving by??? still guilty the damn stupid moron at queens branch!!

    I tried to call them DOS their numbers seem to no longer work. They seem to get back to 311 etc... I hate politicians they are the causes of this. Recyling is a joke.
