On Tuesday, April 5, Hillary Clinton will host a Women for Hillary town hall meeting in Brooklyn. At the event, Clinton will discuss how, as President, she will continue her life long fight to break down barriers holding women and girls back so they can reach their God-given potential.

Hillary Clinton believes the issues that affect women’s lives – from equal pay to paid family leave to access to health care – are not just “women’s issues” but are family issues, economic issues, and are crucial to our future competitiveness. Clinton has been a leader in supporting women’s rights including access to basic health care and reproductive choice. She will stand up to Republicans, like Donald Trump, and prevent them from defunding Planned Parenthood or taking us backward by restricting access to cancer screenings and affordable birth control.
