Rents?

Hi All,
What is a reasonable/realistic rent for a large 2 to 3 bedroom apt. in a brownstone (full floor), decent, original condition (not renovated), wood floors, high ceilings, etc., in the Franklin, Dean, Bergen area?
Not looking for fantastic deals, etc., just would like to get a picture of what rents are, from people who actually live in the area (or have been looking here).

In my experience, a one floor, one bedroom in the neighborhood that is in good condition with backyard access (but shared with one other unit) rents for about $1000-1200.

Subject: 2 br on park place and franklin

we live in a 2 bedroom floorthru brownstone. it's beautiful. lots of original details, gorgeous hardwood floors, etc. and the rent is $1650. just to give you an idea.

I'd say about 1600 right now. no less than that.
