Not another coffee shop to compete with TINTO! I tried to get into the upper floor to see about renting it as a Art Gallery but the owner would not show it to me as I was not the client he is looking for. could be the same here, that he is emptying it out to rent larger units instead of the tiny affordable places he set up years ago.

I could totally imagine the owner giving Tinto a lease buyout so that he could lease the entire ground floor to a bank or pharmacy/drugstore a la Duane Reade.

If both floors become available, it would make a pretty nice medical center.
