And they couldn't have done this while they were digging up Nostrand Ave for a few years?

I'm glad they are doing it PERIOD.
It beats waiting for a water main break.
But I guess some people like drama.
(p.s. I am a > 6 decade resident of this community; protecting the infrastructure is good)
