Korean Grocer at Sterling and Nostrand...Gone?
The green awning was gone yesterday. Store all closed up. This greengrocer is part of the big building on sterling and nostrand that currently has lots of for rent signs.

I liked them but as MET food is getting better Veggies their days were numbered. As well the owner of building is looking for a big tenant instead of all the little shops.
Any chance it will be a billards hall again?
This was built in 1929 as the Sterling Bowling and Billiard Academy.

The biggest local pool hall I can think of is Brownstone Billards (7th Ave and Flatbush), aka Oceans 8.I suspect it draws its customers from a large area. Would people travel to get to one here, like they do that one?
