Those opposed to the rezoning will scream at CB9 on Wednesday, April 19th.

Application for ULURP supposedly rescinded today by Cornell according to Rachel at DNAinfo's twitter.

Things are looking like it'll be a stall for a few more years or more likely as-of-right construction with 0% affordability requirement. Great job everyone! /s

What's the latest here. I've seen activity/driving in and out, but when can we expect news of their maybe new as-of-right building that doesn't require ULURP/rezoning?

I think the questions may come in if the developer were to construct one big building, instead of several smaller ones, and include a supermarket in a (potential) large building. Am I correct, @whynot_31?

I saw "Sea Crest" and I thought of the other site a few blocks away. This is the spot next to the shuttle tracks on a dead end street.
