Brothers food store, the bodega across the street at 859 Franklin, is undergoing renovation. They just installed some nice looking glass.

Walked by the former laundromat on my way to and from the Associated last night and there were people looking at the space. They were there for at least a half hour around 8p.

I suspect the landlord is offering a maximum of a five year lease.

After that, the proposed rezoning may be approved and the building torn down.
