Well I wouldn't call it a new development....but i guess you could. I hear the 3 small redhook housing bulidngs (across from public school 15 have been sold to private bidders..(I wonder what's the fate of the families living their now) Guess well see...(gosh what next)

there's the 60 mixed income condos being built on Wolcott + Coffey Streets by the Fifth Avenue Committee. http://fifthave.org

Are they the Condo's on the corner of Dikeman, if so there was an open house last sunday....
Yes, the carriage homes have a very nice exterior....I also peeped through the ground floor windows....very nice!!
