Hey PH posters, do you keep finding stuff missing? Stuff you wrote? Things you've said, just yanked right outta the air?

TESTIMONIAL:

PH/CH Resident: I posted some stuff on that board and it just evaporated.

PH/CH Resident 2: Nah, why?

PH/CH Resident: I don't know. I wasn't blue when I moved into the neighborhood. I posted something on the where are you from board and it's gone.

PH/CH Resident 2: Awh, why are you blue now?

PH/CH Resident: I think I have the board on the old movie theater.

PH/CH Resident 2: Why don't you tell someone about it?

PH/CH Resident: Everything I post just disappears.

PH/CH Resident 2: Why?

PH/CH Resident: Don't know, I had a star on a post and now it isn't there.

PH/CH Resident 2: ??????????????????????????? Maybe Queens is the answer to get away from this mess. Don't matter, though. I'll be deleted soon.

I'm not really following this narrative. From what I can understand, you have a concern about a post you can't find, and you think it's been deleted?

For what it's worth, here are some reasons why a post might seem to "disappear":

1. A post was obscene, abusive, or threatening.
2. A discussion was miscategorized, so it got moved to a board where the discussion is more appropriate.
3. A sub-discussion got so interesting that somebody "split it off" from the original post, and now it's got it's own topic. We really should be announcing these splits, so sorry if we overlooked it. Look around the forum for the new topic.

Etc...

I've repeatedly stated that concerns like this should be handled by sending a PM or e-mail to an admin or moderator. This topic is now locked, but please feel free to contact us off-board with any concerns. Thanks.
