I don't think there is, but perhaps if you sit close enough to the edge of the park, you can leech off of an open WAP coming from one the apartment buildings lining Prospect Park West.

There are quite a few hot spots in Park Slope. Whenever I log on, I get at least 3-4 of them.

From my limited time there, I have noticed there are tons. I was getting 5-6 at Cafe Steinhoff on 7th.
