2nd abandoned cat has new home
A few months ago I posted about three cats who were dropped off on my block and abandoned (I searched for the thread but couldn't find it). People offered a bunch of solutions as to how to find these cats homes and I discovered that it is actually pretty tough to place adult cats. I fostered out the declawed one pretty quickly but then nothing. (I had one wacko repeatedly calling me about the cats and visiting but never actually taking one). Finally last week, I found a great home for the second one (a single librarian cat fanatic who fell in love with her). The third one now is pretty feral so I don't have much hope of finding that one a home (she is neutered though and I help feed the feral colony). Anyway that is the update on the cats--2 out of three is something.

Nice work. That cat is lucky to have a home now that it's getting cold.

Wonderful work! Those cats sure are lucky that you found them. Thank you for the update. It is always great to hear happy endings.
