Subject: Noisy Lam's Garden

Know that Chinese takeout place on 4th Ave and Degraw, Lam's Garden? Have you heard its cacophonous exhaust fan? It has an awful drone, and I think it just got louder this week. I live on Sackett and 4th Ave facing the back, and the noise is maddening. Thank god it stops at 11pm (not till 12 on weekends). I can't imagine what it's like for the people that live in that same building. Has anyone complained? If not, should I complain? To them? Call 311? Any advice appreciated.
