    I disagree. I like Beast, but I think their burger is overseasoned, and one of the less appealing things on their menu. And mine was more well-done than I ordered it last time. At least at Soda, the burger (whenever it arrives) actually tastes like beef!

    The Beast burger isn't all beef - there is pork and venison in there as well.

    the beast burger always tastes like burned marshmallow on the outside. I've tried it twice and been underwhelmed both times. I also hate that potato salad they put with it.

    They just have to taste good. The Beast burger doesn't really beat out Soda's or Albaz's or Tavern on Dean's, or Flatbush Farm's or even Carneviento's on that count. In fact the only burger I've had in the vicinity that I thought was worse than Beast's was at Grand Canyon.

    Why is everyone whining about Soda all the time????Coldplay crowd, there is no cold play in the juke box, yeah staff can be tardy, but who cares its a bar with bar food, it is not Balthazar or Bouley, if you want service then maybe you shoulg go to the city, maybe go to freddy's better yet go to Beast. Soda it's the most succesfull Bar in the whole neighborhood, so if you want to whine do not go there!!!!!!!!Hey BROOKEFETISH how much do you charge, i need someone right now!!!!!

    No i don't work there, i am a regular, you want great food and service go to Garden Cafe, Just make sure you make reservations, Soda is a Bar not a 5 star restaurant, they don't need your cheap whining self!!!

    Cheap? How am I cheap? That's far from the truth. I spend quite a bit of money at other, service-conscious, businesses.

    Also, how am I a whiner? Because I don't think they have good service, and I've voiced that opinion on these boards?

    Look around these boards - it's full of people's opinions on area businesses/organizations/etc. It's one of the reasons the board exists.

    If Soda's owner/employees and/or their patrons don't like to hear people complain about their bar, then they should fix the problem(s).

    FWIW, the staff at Soda was awesome last night for Festivus. There was no problem with getting the waitress' attention when we wanted drinks, and everything came out really quickly, food included.

    Plus, they handled some "difficult" customers very well.

    Still and all, no Trump brand vodka which people of taste such as myself find puzzling.

    okayish taste like normal burger :p. but i was afraid to eat it cause you know the trouble. just in case the staff wants to get back at us :p. and long island ice really got a kick :p. hehe its okay. not sweet enough.
