Subject: how much to live in PS
It's hard to say. It depends on the neighborhood. Are you interested in new construction, or brownstone living? Are you familiar with Park Slope and the surrounding areas. I'm an agent, you can email me privately if you're interested. [email protected] -
I'm a renter and don't know much about the market, but you should check out Brownstoner.com -- it's a blog that posts lots of information about the Brooklyn real estate market. You might get some sense of what sort of prices to expect there.

As always it's very hard to make general pronouncements regarding what you will pay to live in Park Slope. In the center of PS you will likely be looking at prices in the $400k - $700k for a two bedroom coop. I'd suggest brownstoner.com also as a good source of info. Also be sure to check out the various Park Slope agencies like Aguayo-Huebener, Warren Lewis, Brooklyn Properties, etc. - they all have web presence.
