You should join some of the yahoo parents groups. They seem to post a lot of babysitters looking for work as well as parents wanting to share a babysitter.

There is also a Park Slope Parent board, but I don't subscribe to that one so I am not sure the link for that.

Here's the link to sign up for the park slope parent listserv. You will be bombarded by advertisement/recommendations for babysitters.
