Nice Breakfast Place Near B,Q

I'm taking a business associate to breakfast and I need a nice place within walking distance of the 7th Avenue B,Q. Any suggestions?

    Breakfast is tricky. Most places only do brunch and I'm guessing you would like to avoid the diners. How about Magnolia? (7th and 1st). Yes it's a little bit of a walk, but it's one of the few nice sit down spots. Great pastries, good coffee and it has more of an ambience than your regular diner. I'm biased. I have a sweet tooth =)

    Park Cafe on 7th Ave between Union and Berkeley. Decent bacon and eggs, pretty good French toast and pancakes. I like their coffee as well.

    What time does Melt start serving? It's on Bergen btw 5 and 6, not too far from the 7th Ave stop and generally pretty good food, modern vibe.

    Not sure, but they do have a very good brunch, although a little pricier than many of the other brunch options in the nabe. I'm also not sure if they're open for breakfast/brunch during the week.

    Don't know the name. The new place on 6th & St Marks. My son had breakfast there and said it was very nice.
