Moving Men

I need a suggestion for moving men. I am using an ABF trailer, and they're going to park the trailer at my house while its loaded. I dont need an official moving company with trucks, etc., I just need a couple of guys to carry my boxes and stuff and load it into a trailer.

I'm looking for something reasonable, but not irresponsible either. I live on the 3rd floor of a brownstone, so it would require a lot of stairs, etc. Ideally, it would be great if I could get a couple of guys for $200.

I dont have a TON of stuff, so it should only take 45 minutes or so.

Suggestions would be much appreciated!

where are you now(the load in site). I have helped myself and friends move a bunch of times. Depending when you are doing this, a friend and I might be available to do this, we are pretty strong guys/
