Having once eaten at Quintessence due to a health nut sister, I can say that Dan's skills in the kitchen were about the same as his skills at not-being-caught-spanking-it.

Seriously, that place was barf-worthy. I ordered a lemonade, and it was opaque and had some funky spices in it. Tasted little like lemons, more like hippy.
