  • How far of a walk is it from the subways?

it's a hike. 5 - 8 minutes to the G. 12 - 15 minutes to B/Q/R/M at DeKalb. You can take the bus to DeKalb and get there in about 10 minutes though if you get lucky. I'll warn you the B38 is PACKED usually in the morning. You can also walk to Nevins 2/3/4/5 a block from DeKalb or take the bus further to Hoyt street I believe. You could also theoretically take the B69 in the morning to GAP and pick up the 2/3.

The really frustrating thing is coming back, since DeKalb is one way. You're only real bus choice is the B54 which goes along Myrtle or the B38 along Lafayette, which doesn't really save you a ton of time IMHO.

Believe me I've been experimenting especially with this weather.

If you move in, I'll split a car ride with you though! :)

I live in a nice doorman building in PH, near the 7th Ave Q and 2/3 GAP stops. I'm not sure how to contact management directly - I went through a broker.
