Commercial Space in the New Bldgs. @ 1 GAP on Washingt
Any idea of what is coming to the (possibly) commercial first floor spaces of these new buildings??

In 1 GAP - as far as I know - there is no commercial space - that space is reserved for the residents of the building (lobby and concierge, conference and meeting rooms, storage, etc.) There will be a new entrance to Eastern Athletic - you will no longer have to enter through the Temple.

Really? That's some serious square footage and it's not going to have any kind of ground floor retail? I imagined that the rent would be ridiculous and the building's future wealthy tennants wouldn't put up with much in the way of noise or mess, but they're not doing anything? I find it hard to imagine. Wouldn't the developer want the rent?
