Papillion Lost

A Papillion dog named Ben-Ben got loose and wriggled out of his collar. Apparently the owner's cleaning person tied him up (although she was expressly told NEVER to do that) outside of Key Food on 7th ave and he got loose and ran away. Some people told her that they saw him running down 2nd Street toward 5th avenue. Owner is is presently putting up posters all over the neighborhood. Would appreciate any help or information.
