Crown Heights North Assoc. Meeting Wed. Feb. 21st — Brooklynian

Crown Heights North Assoc. Meeting Wed. Feb. 21st

Location: St. Gregory's School, at St. Johns Place and Brooklyn Ave.
Time: 7:00

There will be general update on the Historic Landmark progress plus speakers about reverse mortgages (mortgages that allow you to take money out of your home without having to repay, only for those over 62 - sorry, young'ins)
These are great for seniors who need money to pay bills and improve their homes but don't have significant income to repay a loan. The loan is repaid upon sale of the home or by the estate, if the owner dies.

  • How long do the meetings usually last?
  • The meetings are usually around 1.5 to 2 hours. If we have a particularly fiesty meeting, multiple speakers, or a topic that generates a lot of audience questions, it may go over a bit, but it's easy to leave if you have to.

Faithful, I'd love to meet you, if you attend. I'm the one in the colorful coat and hat. Please introduce yourself.
