My landlord is looking to rent out a huge 4 bedroom apartment he just renovated with painstaking detail. It has 2 large bedrooms, 2 smaller bedrooms, 2 full baths, a huge eat in kitchen, a formal dining room and a huge living room with oak parlor doors. Its at 834 Park Place, on the corner of Nostrand and Park Place in Crown Heights. All the appliances, cabinetry, and bathroom fixtures are brand new. its his neighborhood nickname, some of the old timers in the building and in the neighborhood only know him as bobby...so if people come by looking for him, they can ask for bryant, or bobby.

yes, that would be helpful, he's asking 2200/mo. but its HUGE, and goregeous, and totally worth a look.

I don't know why it would be cheating. I've found it nearly impossible to take good pictures of a "room" that really capture the sense of the room, and I've found myself wishing more than once for a wide-angle lens to do the job.

eep... well i should have put photographer or broker...it was only meant to convey that the views in the pictures were somewhat limited by my amateur equipment. besides, aren't wide angle shots de rigeur in these sorts of posts? anyhoo...sorry for the offense, none was meant really. regardless, in the interests of full disclosure, it was necessary for me to put that i'm not a broker in the posting.

um yeah, bump! and the last guest post was me, login issues i guess.

anyway, the landlord is tired of showing the place and just wants it rented out ASAP, so he's drastically reduced the rent to $1600/mo.
