Wait, are you looking to buy a condo or just rent an apartment? I'd check out 475 St. Marks Ave., brand new building, quiet little block, around the corner from the Franklin Ave. Shuttle, lots of cool young neighbors...good stuff! And we have big balconies and a sick view of the city (if you live on the north side of the building) or the BAM (if you live on the south side). The realty office is across the street if you want their #, LMK

I'm guessing what you have a view of is the Brooklyn Museum of Art -- BAM (the Brooklyn Academy of Music) is further west, over by Atlantic Center.
