D.U.B. Pies delivering in the Slope somewhere?

I've sighted the D.U.B. Pies delivery truck twice this week in the Slope. Does anyone know if they are delivering to any of the shops around here, e.g. Connecticut Muffin? I'd love to have a meat pie from them once in a while, but without a car they're not the easiest place to get to.

  • Check The Tea Lounge, both locations.

You can also order online and they will deliver. www.dubpies.com
  • ooo Shish, try the meat pie at Sheep Station. yum yum yum.
  • awesome, Oiseau -- thank you!

and piu, the next time i'm over there that's exactly what i plan to order (along with the minted peas)

The sheep station pie was pretty good, but DUB pies were even better. The steak and mushroom pie is amazing, and even the curried veg pie is tasty.
  • yep, that's what i've heard. which is why i was so hopeful when i saw the delivery van not once, but twice, in the slope. the second time it was parked in front of CT Muffin, but i was in a rush and couldn't go inside, hence the post. but it's a serious toss-up: do i make the trip all the way over to Columbia St (i think that's where they're located), or do i venture into the dangerous realm of Tea Lounge patronization?
  • :D
Come to think of it, the last time I went into the Union Street Tea Lounge was in search of a D.U.B. pie, shortly after they stopped selling them the first time around. It maybe maybe might be worth going in again now......

And I *imagine* the South Slope location is less fraught with marauding toddlers devoid of supervision. . . let us know, eh?
