We called Mango Thai at 8:20pm for delivery of Pad Se-ew, Massaman Curry, and Tom Kha soup.

It is 10:16 and it hasnt arrived yet. I called at 9:20, they said "driver is on the way"
I called at 9:50, lady said "driver is on the way". This time she actually called the driver, and he said "10 minutes". That was 30 minutes ago. WTF.

Plus, I had to call twice because the first time, I didn't even finish my order and the woman on the phone said "ok thanks" and hung up. Then I called again to add one more item, and she said "ok thanks" while I was asking how much it would be and how long would delivery take.

NEVER again.

    By the way, I just called them again and they said they won't charge...
    WHY does it take this long for delivery.
    Plus, i'm only ordering for delivery because I got my wisdom tooth pulled today and I can't go out anywhere....

    It just came. BUT WITHOUT THE SOUP. 2 HOURS!! FORGOT PARTS OF MY ORDER!! WTF!!

    Maybe you should take the food the next time and make the guy wait 2 hours for the money (not that it's likely to be the delivery guy's fault) and tell them why.

    Don't they know your teef hurt?!

    I've also had problems when ordering take-out from Mango. Twice they sent me the wrong food and once it took them over an hour to deliver my food (by the time the food arrived, I was stuffed with Doritos and Hershey Kisses). I continue to order from Mango despite all of their screw ups. Why? Because I'm stupid. And a big fan of businesses that provide good customer service. Mango's management always quickly apologizes and offers good compensation.

    When Lemongrass Grill sent me the wrong meal, they told me I could go F myself because I was calling during their busy dinner hour, so I ain't returning to Lemongrass Grill ever.
