Whats up with the building on St Marks near Washington?

Does anyone know what happened to the building for sale last year on St Marks? Its the big one that spans the block through to Prospect Pl which currently houses a christian medical company of some sort. I had seen it listed on Fillmore realty's site for 3 million. Now its not there and I'm curious what is planned for it. It's a large interesting warehouse space.
