Kam Hong

Agnes and her husband decided to close it becasue it became too burdensome for them. Her husband has a really bad back and couldn't do much of the cooking anymore. Plus, they were open for 25 years, and exhasution eventually sttled in on them. I'm bummed about it. They were my favorite chinese joint out here and Agnes was such a lovely, nice woman. I often observed here giving really poor guys food for free. I'll really miss the place.

What ever happenned to that bad guy Woh Fat? And did you notice Steve McGarret always drove in the wrong direction on the Like Like Highway?

Agnes had the best chinese food in the hood and we will miss her.

My grown son was devastated! He's been going there since he was allowed to go downstairs to the street by himself! Agnes was around mad long, that Chinese food spot was there in 1977 when I moved to the block, so that's at least 30 years.

We heard a Greek restaurant will be opening there. Who knows? 8)
