Everything was 80 to 90% off. I got the kids cookie mixes with the cutters, sprinkles, icing and decorations for $1. A whole kit !!

The only thing is ...if he changes his mind and wants his money back.....
you really have to wait and make sure the Bank collected the funds for the check already...
and it also should get an extended hold for being from England or wherever!
Try not to use any money from this till the guy is already moved in .....he might want some back!!! I would be cautious ...
only because you have another guy contacting you! Maybe you can ask the Bank to put a longer hold on the check...
to make sure they get their funds!!!

Yes, I spoke to the Fraud section of my bank and they said just what I thought and what you said. They can only say that they changed their minds and that they need a refund. Ha ha ha. I will not tell them that I got the check yet and when I do, I will tell them that I have to deposit it in a few days and wait for it to clear.

It is already deposited and I will stall them as long as I can.

Either way, they are not getting a penny out of me, lol.

good girl....and dont give any or your Bank info out either ....they might want to see if their check cleared.....dont e-mail yet and if you did ...see if you can delete sent!

I haven't emailed since I told him that I would when the check arrived. I wasn't going to touch the money anyway, so if it's no good, they can take it back.
