Loretta - i think that is a great idea, my husband knew him very well. I know he spoke to someone at the reunion about getting in touch with him and they told him that he was not up to seeing people. I will ask my husband if he will come on and say a few things about him.

Had a busy day today...had to take my older son the JFK Airport, he is going to California for the week....my husband's nephew just moved down there and he went to visit him.

Then we went to my moms and then I had a 50th party tonight..... just got home....very tired, it has been a long day. '

I was very good friends with Tommy Reilly, I spent just about every day of my childhood life playing ball with him, Jimmy U., Joey Cisco, and your brother Michael played with us many many times as well..

I reached out to him thru Pat Gagliardi at the reunion, I gave Pat my cell to give Tommy to call me, I wanted to visit him.. He did not want anyone to see him in his condition.. I did post some of that chat on this blog back in Nov-Dec timeframe.. You should feel fortunate that you were able to call him.. I couldn't get that far.

I know Tommy since I am about 8 yrs old.. Hung out with him for years. !!I knew his brother Danny, his sister Mary, his father.. Yet he did not want to see me.. !!
