GOT TO RIDE A NEW TRAIN TODAY. REALLY BEAUTIFUL.. GREAT SEATS. 2 OVERHEAD FLASHING SIGNS IN EACH CAR THAT READ THE STOP THATS COMING UP NEXT AND THE TIME. AUTOMATED ANNOUNCEMENTS. THE TRAIN CARS ARE LIT UP LIKE MADISON SQUARE GARDEN LOL VERY, VERY BRIGHT, BUT NICE.

Hi All - did we all weather the snow?? I have body parts hurtin that I didn't know I had. My neighbor is really great - he did the bulk of the shoveling but I had to do my driveway and clean the car. I'm really starting to hate winter. I went to work yesterday and it was the best commute I've had in eons. No one on the road. If it could only be that way every day.

This is the week that my office finds out who'll be let go (I'm living the non-fantasy version of the Apprentice). They let 4 people go last Friday and that's just the start. Hopefully it won't be very many more. For the moment, I THINK my job is safe but who knows.

It's freezing out - but it's pretty. I work in Times Square and coming in came across a group of tourists who didn't realize it's winter in NY - they looked very, very cold - no hats (no hat hair for them!), scarves, gloves - short coats. Made me laugh- ah the glory of youth.

Time to start working - hope to check back later. Stay warm.

I know, my friends from London emailed me and asked me about the weather. They have friends coming this weekend and wanted to know about the weather. I emailed them yesterday and said it is snowing hope they are not coming this week. LOL
Have any ideas where they can go .. said the statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, What Museums????? Where are they???Have to go on the internet. Stay warm and have a good day at work and hope u are safe with your job...
