Brooklyn Back When - Open Thread

This is with a full menu and without an open bar was $38 per person.

The guy gave us the best possible price because he would want us to come back for future reunions.

I think it's $8 more for an open bar.

Our seating capacity varies depending the Ballroom and the number of Guests. We do have dates in September 2009 available at this time however, dates do book up fast, as you can imagine. Please find attached our GREAT Buffet Menu. This Menu is usually priced at $58.00 per person, not including Tax and Service Charge. However, to show our appreciation that you have chosen to return to Brooklyn, we are lowering the price to 38.00 per person, not including Tax and Service Charge. I believe you, as well all of the attendee's will be more than pleased with this price. Also find attached our Brochure which has more photos and information for you to review. So, as written from Eric above, it is $38 without the open bar. We have to add $8 a person if we want an open bar.

We can cover the tax and tips easily if we make some baskets to raffle off, or other ideas.

Anthony, ours is for a Saturday afternoon and we already settled on the above price with ERIC from Prospect Hall. That is the price, not higher.

Eric is a manager.

As I said, he gave us a great price and it is also a day time booking which is automatically less. It is also not their ballroom.

Me too. I called PH and spoke to Eric and got the ball rolling. He was a very nice guy and easy to work with. He really liked the idea of having reunions held there, so he went out of his way to lower the price. I know 2 people that can talk to him about the tax part, lol.

But, we have to see how people voted on where to have it. Did you get an evote from Christina?? I have to call her to see how the voting went. I will do it right now.
