It's anxiety for sure. I used to freak out when I couldn't take a deep breath. Try to relax, go lay down and don't think about it!!!

Terry ...relax and take a hot shower ...then when you come out of the bathroom ...the cold air might open it up .....if not seek professional help as soon as possible! ( sorry I have to say that ) But you know....when somethings not right ....right ????
