francescaHello Friends
Guess if we can have a Question of the Day, Joke of the Day,
Vibrator of the Day...... I'm going to add this Letter for the
Day (some may have received in email).
It was mailed to my home and send in a bottle (like the movie
'message in the bottle). A letter from my little angel in heaven.
It took me a few days to get through it...
God Bless You All and Warm Your Heart! Love and Blessings!!!

Dear Mommy Francesca,
I've heard that life's a journey we should treasure while it lasts,
And that many miss the good stuff while it's whizzing by so fast.
But I’ve never quite believed that second thought ever held true,
'Cause I know that we both treasured all the days I spent with you.
When I was just a puppy, living back on Pinewood Lane,
You assured me I was special -- made me oh so glad I came!
The name you gave to me seemed a puzzle at the time,
But I soon learned I was Faith ‘cause to you I was divine.
And you were to me as well, every day of every year,
As we played in the back yard, or I napped silently near,
You provided a protector to watch o’er me every day:
The brave Frasier – who kept that pesky landscaper at bay.
You helped me face the changes that come into every life,
Such as living with a cat when you became Dad Frank’s wife.
When we moved to a new home, you were with me all the way --
Down to jumping in the pool on a January day.
We knew many a joy that belonged to us alone
Through our 14 years together before Daddy called me Home.
Most of all, no words convey all the love you showed to me,
Though I want to say I’m grateful, both now and eternally…
And that while I know all times shared on earth must end at last,
Realizing ends bring sorrow, rest assured this too will pass.
‘Cause if not for our so long shared joy, you’d never now feel pain;
And if joy forms this pain’s root, how much, then, can we complain?
I’ll be waiting at the Bridge where we’ll once again embrace,
But don’t worry in the meantime; Patience dwells within your Faith.
Even though I’ll always miss you, and it’s hard being apart,
Be not sad, for I live on in you -- your memories and your
heart.
Your friend, little girl, and angel forever, F a i t h
Remember, our loved ones are with us.... -
judy giordano banjanyWOW WISH I COULD FIND A DOCTOR LIKE THIS............LOL LOL
My new Doctor...
Q: Doctor, I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true?
A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it... don't waste them on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap.
Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables?
A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn.
And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more than an efficient
mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken.
Beef is also a good source of field grass (green leafy vegetable). And a pork chop can give you 100% of your recommended daily allowance of vegetable products.
Q: Should I reduce my alcohol intake?
A: No, not at all. Wine is made from fruit. Brandy is distilled wine, that means they take the water out of the fruity bit so you get even more of the goodness that way. Beer is also made out of grain. Bottoms up!
Q: How can I calculate my body/fat ratio?
A: Well, if you have a body and you have fat, your ratio is one to one. If you have two bodies, your ratio is two to one, etc.
Q: What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular exercise program?
A: Can't think of a single one, sorry. My philosophy is: No Pain...Good!
Q: Aren't fried foods bad for you?
A: YOU'RE NOT LISTENING!!! ..... Foods are fried these days in vegetable oil. In fact, they're permeated in it. How could getting more vegetables be bad for you?
Q: Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around the middle?
A: Definitely not! When you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger. You should only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.
Q: Is chocolate bad for me?
A: Are you crazy? HELLO Cocoa beans! Another vegetable!!! It's the best feel-good food around!
Q: Is swimming good for your figure?
A: If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me.
Q: Is getting in-shape important for my lifestyle?
A: Hey! 'Round' is a shape!
Well, I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about food and diets.
And remember:
'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention
of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body,
but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride!' -

francescaHi Jim - love your new grandchild, Figaro..
Congratulations! They are great pets.
Faith was a yorkie - and I still have my Frasier, another Yorkie.
I love the breed - I have owned 9 yorkies in my lifetime, and
at one time had four at the same time. Also had two at the same
time as a great dane - that was comical - the yorkies would nip at his feet and he'd dance - Festina would have loved him.
Enjoy Figaro - he looks just like Frasier did when he was a young-one. :-) -
