ok girls - listen up!
today for ur "get in shape" duties - i want u to pick up ur grandchildren 5x -and make sure their diaper is heavy for added weight.
AWAKEN those muscles!!
- then, after dis, u must go up and down the steps, where the laundry is, 6x after each load is done, fold the clothes, then bring them upstairs to put them away - do dis today while listening to ur fav music blastin in ur ears, and sneak in some rock moves on the way!

...don't forget sweepin the floor, moping, cleanin windows, goin food shoppin, preparin breakfast, lunch and dinner, cookin it, cleanin up, walkin the dog, and servin the man at night! lol!

... and dis is after u come home from workin a 5-8 hr day!
...just keep doin wat u do every day - and u'll be fine...
