Hi Lyn ....the last 2 days they must have moved ....I was in pain ...but not excruciating pain.....this morning I woke up in no pain ....so I guess its when it moves to a different location ...its bad!

What does your brother-in-law eat?

Ive only been eating chicken, fish, shrimp and vegetables ....now they told me to stay away from all that ....and dont even take my 1 a day vitamin or vitamin E before this procedure ...plus no dairy! I never drank milk since I was a kid.....Im so confused as to what to eat! Red meat is not good for us! Macaroni is not good for the sugar and the carbs .....I dont know....anymore
