Joanne & Eleanor lived next door to Anna Shirelli. If she married a second time it could be Mondone but she married Paul's dad who was a Christine. I do remember her going with a seaman and I think he may be the father of her younger son. Joanne should be about 63 or 64 now.
Mamie was always at my house 215-22nd St. Having coffee with my mom & Boobsie. She taught my daughter how to curse and say F ckin' Mamie. I remember her son Sally. You guys keep jogging my memory. My younger brother, Charlie is always reading the posts but I don't know why he hasn't posted yet.

joann father was polish, her mothers maiden mame was mondone.her father got killed in the war, but when growing up she was know as joann mondone
chritine is her married name. ok terry got it straight now???

Hi Jeanette, his grandma and my mom are 1st cousins!!!! I posted a pic of my dad on 29th and he recognized the houses in the photos, I didn't know he lived there. Last time I saw him, he was a about 4 yrs. old!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's so time consuming frying the eggplants! Do you make the honey balls (Struffoli) at Christmas time, that's another job that's time consuming, I used to make them every holiday, I finally taught my daughter how to make them. LOL I used to be home when my kids were babies so I had time to cook/bake but it's much harder now working a full time job.

Hi guys.......Had a great time at my sister's (my brother Nick lives downstairs so it was a 2 for 1 day, LOL) yesterday. Thanks for looking for me Jeanette......I had a bad headache today.....could've been from overindulging in the drink department!!!! lol But I had a great time so it was worth it!!!!

i got very chilly here tonight, had to close some windows. my stuffed peppers came out great, of course im stuffed too, and so did the eeg plant. went to light the bbq grill, and im out of gas.lol oh well next summer

Hi Debbie, How are you? I'm glad to hear you visited with family and had a 2 for 1, funny!!! I bet you had nice big dinner too. My ear is killing me, just got off the phone with my sister in FL, we just do so much yaking and she wears the blue tooth so she sounds like she's yelling! LOL

Wow....I haven't had stuffed peppers in so long. Look what you're doing to me Jeanette...BLT's, eggplant, now stuffed peppers!!!! I'll be greasing the doorways just to get in and out!!! LOL

Well went to see my mom today.....she is funny, she called me at 9:00 am this morning, are you coming..get a piece of paper I have things I need...MOM IS BACK......never felt so good to hear her boss me around....lol lol She looked good, getting a little stronger every day...she will be coming home Friday, the 11th.....that is all she talks about.

now tommorow. im making sausage and peppers. i got 3 stuffed peppers left over. now my other son wants them , i bought a big bag of red peppers on sale.
thats it no more cooking after tommorow, kitchen closed !!!!!!

ok, so i did some xmas shopping..almost done with toniann.. she gave me her wish list.. uggs are on way & need to get her a printer for her computer..she is always using her brother's printer or natalie & kevin's, so now she will get her own for xmas..:) bought, clothes, perfume, p.j's, dvd's & some wii box games on reserve for her..she is an expensive kid.. i just finished the last 2 weeks buying new sneakers ( 3 pairs, shoes & tons of clothes for her for school..girls are rough...she is a clothes horse..(learned it all from natalie) lol i still have to get her a winter jacket & she picked out a nice american eagle bag for books with matching wallet we haven't even received the list for school supplies yet... oh, brother..

i'm trying to save for her college...she is going to a good h.s. with honor classes...
