Everyone wanted to have a Block party ....so they nominated me to run it ....I went around and collected close to 500- I think....cant really remember ...but it was alot ......so I bought the flags to hang across from each house .....the hot dogs, soda and so on ...... and I had money left .....so I went down to apply for a permit on 42st and 4th ave .....where Beatrice worked .......well anyway ....this guy said how many do you want ???? So I said I have about 200- left ....so give me as many as you can ........I think 17 st had a block party for 15 weeks.....LMAO

Swear ....when I went down the following year ...he said sorry I can only give you 2......LOL

This I swear is true !!!!!!

P.S. Some of the neighbors talked to me ever again .....LOL!
