DH Happy Hour -- Wednesday 11/30 @ Soda

Any chance anyone will be staying out late on Wednesday? I'm working the 3pm-11pm again. If anyone plans to be there at midnight-ish, I'm definitely coming.

Can't make it this week, tell'em to put a round on my tab, though!

I'll be there on the earlier side I hope, think...

I'm going to try and make it. If I do it won't be until around 9 and I am sure I can last until 12

Id say anywhere from 8 on... but THIS IS IMPORTANT: When you come in, make sure you ask people if they are from Daily Heights! If you don't, once its discovered why you're there, you'll be subject to a night of ridicule for being a scared pansey, sitting at the bar with your buddy being quiet and not talking to anyone.

I think I'm aiming for 7:30ish. There are no nametags, but we generally stick to the couches in the back room. Occasionally, there's another big group trying to steal our thunder, but we're the ones that look like the most fun.

I won't be there until 9ish but I've been known to text message newbies to ask stalker-esque questions like "what are you wearing?" to assist in locating them. of course, this often leads to me being pointed out as the most unobservant person ever: "peach sweater? I don't see any peach sweaters. oh. yeah, she's right in front of me. oops." :roll:

in any case, feel free to PM me your cell # and I'll text you when i get there if you haven't yet met up with the group. also, I'll give you my cell # back so you don't need to be concerned about me being the weirdo stalker I refer to above.

Arg. It's shaping up to be a late work day, as in I just found out there is a 7:30 meeting scheduled uptown... so I don't know what my deal is.

i hear teddyballgame about the papers...man...but I'll plan to come by sometime post-dinner and say HI and look generally awkward until I'm sufficiently boozed up to not fret about it all...
