We went tubing up Hunter mountain and there is a restaureant called Cheers, I had these great Mushrooms there so I went to the kitchen to ask the chef if I could have the recipe. He gave it to me. He used stuffing instead of bread crumbs. So good... with a white wine sauce you drizzle over them after they are cooked OH my godddddd I can't wait to have them.

Janet - Is that the cake you are making for me???

She does but can't find them. New husband, so she had to hide them, lol.

NO, that's the cake Carol is making for me, but she can leave the fruit off the top.

Can I ask you chefs a question? Is every one putting the turkey in the oven tonight?? How long per pound? I bought a 19 lb turkey. I wanted a lot of left overs.
