ok finished mashing the potatoes and sprinkled a little bread crumb on top, they are finished.....I will make the stuffed mushrooms in the morning. I am gonna kill Jolene, now I know why she wanted ME to make the mashed potatoes, sure I had to peel 10 lbs and wash a hundred dishes and pots....lol lol

I made 20 of them and 4 trays of stuffing ...plus I have 2 Turkeys...I should just take Janets and cook it for her.....lol
