Have any of you ever really read the details of a woman selling her eggs. The crap that they do to your body (hormones + needle sticks) is horrific. The the amount of hormones (and whatever else, it's been a while since I investigated this) they pump through your system, I'm fairly sure you're in for some serious health repercussions down the line somewhere (maybe huge jump in cancer chances, at a younger age than normal?).

I'd have to be pretty hard up for the $6K (give or take a grand) that seems to be standard these days to even consider it.

I know two women who have sold eggs in their early 20s, both are now in their mid 30s and are fine. One of them did it twice. She said she'd do it again if she ever needed the money.

So this is now intriguing me.
