I can't believe all you lot got a snow day! I'm in the office as usual.... but maybe I'll sneak out early...
-
Nomad, I am actually at work ...I know its difficult to discern based on the frequency of my posts. (Hint: When I am off work, I post less).
Em, you might fit in ...We already have a no bacon rule.
...however, we'd have to figure out if there is a rule about Spongebob sheets.
Bitch Cakes just got an apartment, so I'm not sure he'll abandon it just to do chores in mine.
Em, you do chores? -
ASS parking suspended tomorrow (good...I can't get my car out)
-
they just canceled ASS for tomorrow
-
great minds
-
who needs 1010 wins when you've got Flexi and BP?
-
even better is the DOT alternate side email alert, which you can sign up for here:

I got the cancellation email at 2:01 pm. -

Personally, canceled or not, my car was going to stay where it was and i would have just dealt with the $45 ticket if need be. no way i was going to go out and dig my car out and then try to park it somewhere else.
but, thanks for the info that it is indeed canceled. -

You dare challenge the supremacy of Flexi and BP!? (said in the tone of the Wizard in the Wizard of Oz. Accompanied by sounds of thunder and lightning)

i got my info from the email alert, and i'd hazard a guess that flexi did as well. we're very tuned in
-
I don't even own a car, so I think the email alert is out, and I'll continue to rely on Flexi and BP.
...trips to ikea, 46" TV, underwear sharing, wine drinking.
really, what more does life have to offer? -

-

Jeez, you guys are no fun. Next thing I know you'll be telling me that fries and beer aren't healthy either. -
Beer is fine
-
Bah. I have a new sled at home courtesy of Future Wife, and here I am stuck at work during the first, possibly only, decent snowfall of the season.
-
anthony, i feel i can safely say that the snow will still be on the ground when you get home tonight
-
It is so fucking pretty outside right now. Light snow just fluttering around. Goddamnit I'm so glad I left the south.
-
im sweating. whenever its cold out, they crank up the heat in the building and i would be sweating. whenever its 'warmer' a little (like high 40s or 50s), they turn off the heat and i'd be shivering in the apt.

But Future Wife works until later in the evening. Who's going to pull me back up the hill? -

I used to add peanut butter and Louisiana Red Hot and/or an egg.
With the peanut butter you got instant Thai food.
But that link to the Ramen home page has a crazy recipe on it. Buttery Ramen in a Taco shell. How do you eat it? -
buttery ramen in taco shell, i can imagine myself eating that. ive never tried using peanut butter tho. next time.
have you tried indomie? everyone i intoduced to it loves it.they have many different kind of flavor including satay flavor, which has peanuty taste. im surprised the website only has one entry about indomie.
sometimes i would make pancake ramen. -
The indomie stuff looks pretty good. I've gotten a few brands that have three packets inside - flavoring, vegetables and oil. Those are my favorites.
-
oh yeah, there are several kinds of indomie that have multiple packets in each bag, especially those kind that are meant to be served as dry noodle. those are my favs too. some even give you an extra packet just to make a separate soup, although of course it is all just msg and the like.
-
I like the Korean ramen brands Shin Ramyun or Neoguri. I add whichever of the following I have around the house: fish balls, shrimp balls, dumplings, sliced mushrooms, tofu, sliced daikon or radish, greens.

This one?

I think so. He commented on one of the pics I got of him in the park that was in the brooklynian pool! I feel so privileged
Jeffrey, are you shawn the banana? -
Nope, just spotted it out in the wilds of the web today, actually.
Remembered your sighting, and the show shoveling post in the PH board.
All I can say is...
We need more of that guy around.
Howdy, Stranger!
