    The bad news- Eric is under the weather so we may not have the chicken unless Bonnies is open and I can get wings (or he feels well enough make it!) I don't think we're going to be lacking in food, though.

    I've finished all the prep, at carmen's I'll only need to cook the tots, add the toppings, and stick it back in oven. So if no one else is using the oven, I might go half an hour early. I made them pretty mild since I'm expecting Mama's salsa to bring the heat, but I could very easily be persuaded to spice it up if people are into that sort of thing.

    Cool- it can be "funky" ice as I'm going to pour it into a tupperware in the tub where the beer "cooler" is (yes, we will be using the bathrub to store beer a-la college fratparty since my fridge aint big enough!) I'm excited to meet you!

    I just go some habaneros, but I will only add a little to the main and keep the rest on the side reserve for people like me and mama.

    Those who were not there missed the awesomeness and my belly is full and dog is jealous of all the tasty smells we brought home. I wussed out early to come home and remove the boot while the bf walks the dog, but it was great. Thanks Carmen!

    Memphis style bbq, entertaining folks, cupcakes, salsa, a pinata, totchos, more food galore, and booze. Need I say more?
