The Rant Rave thread

I got an email that one of my movies was received, which was weird because I didn't think it would register until Monday. Then I saw that my next movie is shipping today. Then I googled and it said that they were testing Saturday shipping in several markets this spring...so I guess they've either expanded, or we are one of those markets

ooh, I've got one shipping today as well.

Rave: strawberry cider at the green market is back! Get it while you can. Corner booth that always has apple cider. I like to drink it straight or use it in smoothies.

Rant: Can't decide how to eat this batch of strawberries. Lightly sugared with fresh whipped cream or make a cake (the Paula Dean recipe I found online is mouth-watering). Life is hard.

Rant: Due to the rain I decided to stay in.

Rave: It stopped raining (I think).

Rant: Now I have no plans. Anyone going out in North Slope tonight?

Future Wife's tolerance is questionable, at best. We're sharing a bottle of wine right now, but I can see her wanting to nap afterwards. I heart Future Wife, but (thankfully) she doesn't have my drinking stamina.

Yeah, I have to agree. We had to wipe the floor with those bleach wipey-things. I'm just glad we don't have rugs.

There are advantages to not having children, and I can think of one right now.
Rave: At least only one of the twins had an explosion.
Rave: Hardwood floors that are well sealed.

If you have ever worked in food service, you know that this is why god invented the floor drain.

Rant: Regardless of how you feel about the man, as a movie "W" was just crap. Missing big chunks, fairly boring, and the baseball metaphors were stupid.
Brolin had the accent down though.
